waste-management-pheonix-openThe Waste Management Phoenix Open is a televised golf tournament event held at the TPC Scottsdale Golf Course Jan 30th through Feb 5th every year. The first winner of the Waste Management open was Ralph Guldahl in 1932 who won a $600 purse- now the purse exceeds $6 million. The Father of the Phoenix Open is Robert W. Goldwater who served as the Tournament Chairman in the mid 1930's. Today, the four day event attendance peaks at over 500,000 people. The WM Phoenix Open brings droves of PGA fans and athletes alike to the Scottsdale area.

While the best players in the PGA compete, the all day event hosts the biggest party in Scottsdale at the tournaments Birds Nest sponsored by Coors Light in 2012. Throughout all four days come eveningtime you will find yourself in the hottest nightclub on the green underneath a huge white tent. The momentum of the Birds Nest party can be compared to Spring Break mixed with Mardi Gras with a little PGA exclusivity. VIP badge admission includes hosted bar and catered buffet.
